The Weather Network App Reviews
Not sure what the problem was with others, but this app works fine now. What I like about this app is it sits in my top bar with the current temp and if I need more info I just click on the icon. I can get forecasts, hourly temps, radar, even video clips. There are embedded ads with this app, but I can live with that.
I ignored other reviews and tried to install. It will not install and I need to do a hard reboot to get the installer to stop. I cannot force quit the install and I should have respected some of the other reviews about this apps bugs.

This app advertises that it alerts you when active storms are near but how does it do that and does it work?

Running Mavericks, installed with no issues and is working properly.

I am new to the Mac World and this app does what the Weather Bug does for Windows.
I have yet to find a weather app for my mac as good as I had on my PC and this one is no exception. It does not startup at times and it is slow to load when it does startup. The weather radar is ok but not the greatest I still liked weather bug on the PC better for its overall functionality. I have been using this app for over a year and it has not gotten better over time if anything it has gotten worse.
