Please update the App for the new iOS system!! And make the app more user friendly while you’re at it. Make the radar a key tool that updates by the minute. Provide a help section to teach people how to use it so they can better predict weather.

App has not been updated since 2012. No longer works in macOS Sierra. Had time to test it in alpha and beta modes. Sloppy programmers. Still no update and MacOS Sierra has been out for months now. Fire the programmers and get new ones.

When will this app work with Mac Sierra ??

I had contacted the support team for this app , and they have just responded to me that they are no longer supporting this app on the mac store! So now i have to find another weather app for my mac and will also be deleting the app from my iPhone! This is the only reason why i used it for it was on mac, iPhone, and iPad! So evryone that commented on here that the app is no longer working for them this is why!

Since upgrading my MAC to the latest version Sierra 10.12.1, Weather Network installs but cannot be launched…too bad. I liked the the access in the bar with temperature and warnings…fix the issue

Finally Pelmorex Media Inc. answered to me. They told me they are not going to update this app for Mac. Time to search for another one. Let us know wich one you find better!

It wants to take over my Mac, starts up on boot up and although I close it’s windows my MacOS ElCap thinks it’s still open. So on start up I have to close it’s windows to get to my desired apps. Can’t trash it either. In effect it is malware interference on my lovely Mac. I may have to boot up from another partition or device (USB OS?) to delete this dam thing. *** Apple I suggest it be removed from the App library ASAP. *** Gerry PS: Finally was able to trash it by booting up in Safe Mode. Whew !!!

Really. It hasn’t been updated to work with newer versions of the Mac OS. Launches OK but does not get data from the locations I have asked for. Silly software thinks I should check my connection. All of my other network applications (web browser, e-mail client, etc) work just fine. Get with the program people.

I’m running OSX 10.11.6. Sometime in Nov. 2016 I kept getting a stupid popup everytime the App was supposed to launch, telling me to check my connection. It would no longer run. I wasn’t even able to send an error report to the makers of the App, through the ‘Contact Us’ link! WTH? I did the usual surfing around looking for solutions, only to read the reviews here once I tried to re-install the App. So, bye-bye App. What a joke and poor reflection on The Weather Network as a WHOLE! Come to think of it: I dumped The Weather Network App from my iPhone over a year ago, because “The Weather Channel” App was so much simpler and cleaner to use. And, … now that I think about it, I WILL REFUSE TO USE “TheWeatherNetwork.com” as my online weather source, because that stupidly clunky website is full of advertising, user-videos and useless window-filler, not to mention being associated with this useless app for Mac users … and because they just don’t care. LOL Good luck TWN!

Used it all the time, very disappointed it isnt working anymore was favourite weather app had tried others. I am still using El Capitan so it isnt just Sierra users.

I cannot open this app on my mac. It freezes or does not load. A one star is generous

Im currently running the most up to date version of macOS Sierra (Version 10.12.1) and no longer works… app has not been updated

Weather Eye has all of the sudden stopped working despite several restarts and attempts to refresh. Seems to be a problem The Weather Network ignores even after notifying them of the issue. In other words, this app no longer works.

How long do we have to wait for an update that works on OS Sierra? It’s been over 2 months now.

Are you going to update this app as it it does not work with the current IOS operating system, it worked great before

It is always on my menu bar! This is better than checking my browsers (which is not always the viewed application on your display) extension on the status or extension bar. It is international! I found many cities from around the world, and I could select more than one or cities to be displayed on the menu bar. So far it is +;+;+. There are though other things which came directly to my attention; I can not tell which cities are currently on display unless my cursor/arrow rests on any of those squares that show the current degree in that particular city; I could not find all of my favourite cities, let alone favourite vacation resorts, and finally the interface is not modifiable; -;-;-. Three pluses and three minuses, so why four stars? Updates may always follow, and I find the pluses here are more important for my use, especially when the city I mostly view is covered (so during travel or in summer this may change!)

Unfortunately it does not work with the newest Sierra operating system.

I should have read the reviews posted prior to installing this app! Not what I was expecting, and now I cant get it off my computer!!
