Does not work with OS Sierra. Last time it was updated (2012) was so it would work with Mountain Lion. Since then we have had Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan and now Sierra. I guess the Weather Network app programmers are on an extended siesta, or something like that. Fix it, please!!! PS. Had to give one star. App Store does not accomodate zero stars, which is what this app deserves.

This should of been up and running in the beta versions.

The app used to work but cannot work with OS Sierra. An upgrade is required.

Seriously! Sierra has been around for a few months now (including the Public Beta) and they still haven’t updated the App!? If they have abandoned the app then have it removed from the App Store. If they haven’t than freakin update it already!! Given the adoption rate of Sierra, pretty soon people will stop checking to see if the app has been fixed and move on to something better.

Mac did an update and now this app doesn’t work. It won’t launch and no update is available.

Won’t run with Mac OS X Sierra. Apple provides regular beta updates before a new OS to allow competent and consciencious developers to update their apps in plenty of time for the OS release. Apparently Weather Network couldn’t care less about Mac Users. Their website is a network hog and data sucker, so that’s not an alternative. Guess it is time to give up on their Mac support. They don’t seem to have a problem keeping their IOS app current, so go figure.

when will you give us an update that will make the apps work on my new sierra OS

Not working . No error message even though it can be downloaded from app store. Shame on Apple and the author.

Worked wonderfully until I updated my Macbook Air to the new Sierra update. Now the weather network doesnt work at all. Its a shame, i really liked the app but now i have to delete it, as it is no longer supported :/

After updating to OS 10.12 Sierra, the weather network app quit working claiming that sierra did not support it. I loved this app so I hope they make an updated version that is supported by OS 10.12

This app completely disappeared from notifications and will no longer open, either directly from the app or from the launchpad.

Stopped working after Sierra install and nobody at the Weather Network seems to really care. Went over to Living Weather Free HD.

This app is useless, will no longer work on the latest Mac OS. Very sad, this used to be my best weather app. It has been updated for mobile use but not for desktop.

First I deleted this app from my iPhone as it had too many ads, now I’m deleting from my Mac as it doesn’t work with the new iOS.

Does not work anymore. iMak 5K in perfect condition. Does not even open, after reinstall

Hated all the ADs but it was ok…. But it does NOT work with Sierra… Actual error message is “You can NOT use this version of the application “The Weather Network” with this version of MacOS "

this application is not compatible with MacOS Sierra and will not function Update required to work again!
