DO NOT DOWNLOAD! WEATHEREYE IS A FAKE!

I got this app because it was free and hoped to see my radar. When I click to open it off my dock, it just sits there, doesnt open. As you try to move to trash from the finder, it says it cannot be moved to trash because "it is open". I forgot that this happened to me a few years ago and here it is still at the apps store causing more people more frustration!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! Why doesnt Apple try out their apps from the businesses they sell them for before allowing people to download them and frustrate us all?
